Fieldcrest

May’s Community of the Month is Fieldcrest, developed and built by Russ Tibbitts of Tibbitts Construction and Kirk Culler of KDC Enterprises. Located off Ivy Gulledge Road in the New Hope Community, Fieldcrest features homes ranging from $130k to $170k.

April 2008 Community of the Month

Willow Ridge

Dennis Fields Construction’s Willow Ridge is PCBA’s April Community of the Month. Located off Mt. Olivet Road just outside of Dallas, Willow Ridge offers easy access to shopping and restaurants in Dallas and Hiram, yet its location north of the cities provides a quite, low traffic environment for homeowners.

March 2008 Community of the Month

Belmont Place

Simple Life Communities, LLC’s Belmont Place is the Paulding County Builder Association’s March Community of the Month. The 16 lot enclave community is located off Hiram Sudie Road in Hiram, just 3 miles from the city’s shopping district.

 

Owners and operators Brandon Richardson and Justin Paris, local civil engineers, developed the community to offer unique opportunities for buyers looking for homes in the $170k—$200k range. Richardson is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University, Paris a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. About the builders: Cody Enterprises’ Johnny Panter, a native of Paulding County, has built homes in more than 13 Paulding communities. He and wife Nesa have been married for 28 years and have worked together for the past 4 years marketing his homes through Madison Place Realty, which they started in 2003. Founded by Jason Waddell, Brad Butler, Russ Tibbitts, and Kirk Culler, Hometown Residential Properties LLC combines individual specialties in the building industry to equal success.
