Each year, the Paulding County Builders Association recognizes one of its distinguished members with their highest honor, Builder Member of the Year. This year, Jason Waddell of Hometown Residential Properties, LLC was given the prestigious award at the association's Christmas party held on December 1st.
Waddell began his career in the residential construction industry shortly after graduating from high school and has been building homes in Paulding County for fourteen years. In addition to being a member of the association's Board of Directors, Waddell is chairman of the Builders Council and is also active in the Paulding County Rotary Club. He, along with his wife, Lori, and son, Wesley, resides in Paulding County.

The Paulding County Builders Association named Dean Morgan with FL Graphix their Associate Member of the Year at the association's Christmas Party held on December 1st. The association's associate members, those directly related to and supported by the building industry, make up an important part of the organization and work tirelessly on behalf of the industry. Choosing one associate to recognize each year isn't an easy task, but Morgan's efforts this year are certainly worthy of this honor.
Morgan, along with his wife, Shelli, has been in business in Paulding County for thirteen years. He is active on the association's website committee which will soon be launching a new initiative to help promote Paulding's residential sales. He is also a member of the PCBA Board of Directors and the Paulding County Rotary Club.
